We called in to this Karratha Caravan Repairs and Batteries after calling ahead from Nanutarra to buy a non return valve for our caravan water tap. When we arrived there were no customers in the shop or cars out front. The person was most unobliging and refused to walk 10 metres outside to check which valve was needed. He told us that the water pipe is now illegal which is not true. We called our repairer in Perth and the part is being posted today. Stop in here and asked if they could test my car battery, it turns out we needed a new one, I asked the gentleman when we could organise to get it done, he said right now . Also his experience and knowledge of what was the best battery needed was great. Great service.
