It was a wonderful experience to deal with this business - had stock of things we needed and gave great advice on other businesses who could help with other van issues - will definitely deal with this business again
I have two seperate dealings with Russell’s business whilst in the Karratha area, the first being an insurance repair due to the fact that I damaged the roof air con and two hatches that I broke due to a low awning. Russell quoted the work and also informed me that the current a/c was undersized for the van, which I always suspected as it always seemed to under perform since new. Went in with a general inquiry on a particular product. I have to say that this fella had no interest in helping us whatsoever . Attitude is everything in customer service and this guys was bad. Go somewhere else if you can. After reading other reviews, its seems he spends more effort on defending bad reviews than improving his customer service
Bought a privacy screen for caravan awning. as advised by the staff member to get the caravan version. Back at the RV we realised it was the wrong size ie not fit for purpose. Took it back two days later and advised I did not have the receipt and that I don't need it, and both the store owner and myself have bank statements to say the purchase took place, anyway he still refused to refund. Asked for a valid refund. Rude reply. Felt intimidated. Not for me, wouldn’t recommend. Go to Karratha Adventure Sports and get friendly service instead. Their prices are WAY BETTER TOO!!
