The man was very helpful on the phone prior to visiting the shop. We needed help with a minor caravan repair and he was totally uninterested and zero customer service. He must have had a bad day but we just wanted help and advise, he just wanted our $100+ would not recommend or go back Step mister, reputation is everything
Had our caravan service done he, very helpful as we were having problems with our solar set up not holding charge. It was 1 of batteries with a dead cell. He had read outs of the tests on all batteries to show the problem. Replaced and fitted. A week later still working the way it should. Very happy with the service and out come.
Thanks so much for helping me with my car battery troubles today, the staff here have extensive knowledge, friendly and amazing service I highly recommend to anyone with battery troubles they even install and test free of charge
