I purchased a washer and dryer from Karpet Korner after being told the unit had a factory warranty. After purchase, I discovered that representation was not accurate. When the dryer had an issue immediately after installation, I attempted to resolve the situation directly with the business. I tried multiple times to work out a resolution and even filed a complaint with Tennessee Consumer Affairs before ultimately filing a case in Hamilton County General Sessions Court. Great selection and pricing on flooring, to my surprise they also have great deals on appliances without the big box store markup highly recommend 10 out of 10!
Do not do business with this place. I purchased a washer and dryer expecting a smooth, professional experience — instead, I got a delivery with no plugs, no hoses, and zero accountability. When I questioned the delivery team, their dismissive response was, “Well, you’re just a woman, so you shouldn’t expect much.” I was shocked that in 2025, a company would send out employees who think it’s acceptable to talk to customers — or anyone — that way. Very bad facility, the driver was there for almost 6 hours. He arrived before 9am when they open and he was the only one there the whole day, and the person unloading took 6 hours for a few pallets, and was very rude and unprofessional cursing to the driver. All in all zero recomendations.
