This company has generated one of the worst customer experiences of my entire life. I bought a washing machine/dryer back in February. The washing machine was broken from day one. I managed to get someone to help me haul it back out there to exchange or return it since they won’t come out and look at it since they’re “too busy”. That’s when they tell me they can’t give me my money back and that I’ll need to come back the next day and “should” be able to then.
