Karns Animal Clinic is hands down the best!!! The staff there treat your baby as if they are their own. The Doctors are always keeping you in the loop about at home care. All our visits include being greeted as we walk in and when we leave we are told goodbye. Every visit the lobby smells clean and looks it, we never have to spend all day waiting. WE LOVE KARNS ANIMAL CLINIC!!! 💯❤

We’ve got 3 cats and since we adopted them 2 years ago we’ve only been with Karns. They’ve been wonderful always patient with them and go above and beyond to take such special care of them. We love Karns Animal Clinic and will never go anywhere else!
The absolute best veterinary care you could receive for all your furry friends and critters! This team is the most caring, kind, efficient, and hardworking team I have ever seen. They never hesitate to do whatever they can to help your fur babies and answer any questions (no matter how silly or crazy) you may have. We’ve taken our cat there before and the experience was great. We also unfortunately had to have our dog euthanized and they were the most professional and supportive people in our time of sorrow. I’m so glad that they helped ease our pain of that day. I’d recommend anyone who wants quality workers and care to take their animals here.
Karns is the best animal clinic I have found in the 14 years I have lived in TN. I live in Kingston, 1 hour away from Karns, but I travel there every time my animals need help or just general physicals. The staff, the doctors, the environment is nothing but stellar, professional and loving towards all of their patients and their owners!
Yesterday I brought my dog Oswald Cornelius in due to an emergency. The staff was amazing. They took him back right away, got him stabilized, and helped him to recover. So thankful for your entire staff, Dr. Carter, and Dr. Amanda.
