Today was our first experience at Karns Animal Clinic and it was amazing to say the least! Everyone was so welcoming and inviting to not only us but our sweet Astrid! They will always be our primary provider for our animals! 👏🏼🐶🐾
Our dog passed away overnight on a Friday. They called Saturday morning and we told them where we wanted them to send her to be cremated.. The lady said to expect a call from the cremation place as well as them when her ashes were returned. She was there for a MONTH before they realized she hadn't been sent and said "we didn't know where to send her". This is after my daughter called TWICE to ask about the status of her ashes and was told "we don't have them back yet". Never will use Karns Animal Clinic again!!!
