AG Karnes is one of the nicest men I've ever met, he can fix anything - from transmissions and clutches to simple tire rotations, he can do it all on a domestic car. Been my mechanic for years. Super cheap, super reliable, and very honest. He's got the heart of a teacher when he talks, but sometimes it's a little hard to understand. Even though he's slow, the work and price is well worth the wait and that's why I choose AG Karnes Garage over anywhere else for service.

Sierra Uden's review is wrong, wrong, wrong. I've done business with these both brothers for many years. Yes, they are older. Yes, they may take a little longer than the competition. But they are good ol' boys who are honest and repair only what's NEEDED. No BS about you need one of these, and two of those when all you asked for what a break job. For example: Cracked my transmission pan a few years ago. Had it fixed at another shop who wanted to replace it. Made sense to me. $300 for the new pan and work. A few months later.... read more

The people here do not know what they are doing. Please do not take your car to them they will leave it in worse condition than when you brought it. They shouldn't even be in business considering the man that runs it is almost on his death bed and he doesn't know how to run a business and he does not keep records. They are shady and should be shut down.

Good auto shop mainly working on domestics. Restorations and older models are their forte. Work can take a bit longer than you might like, but if you're willing to wait the bit of extra time they do very good work.
