The therapist I had there her name was Lisa and I never felt that she was truly engaging or helpful in anyway

Horrible customer service. Doesn't maintain a wait list and didn't have any other options for you even for urgent matters.
Horrible customer service! Refused to schedule an appointment and does not maintain a wait list. Told me to call back in 2 weeks. When I called the next month, they refused to schedule an appointment again! I was told that the therapists accepting my insurance are fully booked. They could not set up an appointment in the future because according to the representative there was no guarantee that the patients will show up due to finding other therapists.
I’ve always had a positive experience with their medical reception team. Extremely professional, friendly, and responsive. As far as providers, it completely depends because they’re individuals contracted through Karner. If you don’t feel someone is a good match, ask if you can see someone else and specify if there’s something specific you’re looking for. Dr. Phelps did ADHD testing and was great. Unfortunately, he has since retired but I’ve only heard great things about the other Psy.D and Ph.D’s there.
