I took my best friend here. It was terrible visit. The first thing that came out of the doctor’s mouth was about money he had to pay $350 before he could even walk in the door not one test was done not a blood test not a urine test this place made me sick if you are poor, don’t go there! I pray to God, not all oncologist are like this when somebody is scared for their life. Dr. Hotaling is one of the best doctors. He really helped my dad with his tonsil surgery and is currently cancer free.

One star here because that is the least it allows me to give. They lost my father's chemo orders. They are "so very sorry" for any inconvenience the delay in treatment may have caused. This is a cancer center, how do you lose chemo orders?! Sorry doesn't make a damn bit of difference when it's someone's life on the line. I am highly, highly disappointed in the care my father has received at Karmanos. And judging by the recent reviews, I'm not the only one.
