came in to get a broken nail fixed, got them done 2 days before. the color doesn't match, she insisted that is did. I finally just agreed ..took me an hour to get 1 nail re done, nail is crooked, doesn't match the others and she made my finger bleed. maybe listen to the customer. it is their nails.
I have always gone here because I can be seen quickly without an appointment, but I have had too many crappy sets of nails in the last year or so, and now I will not be returning. I got a new set of dip nails one week ago, and all but one nail on my hands has chipped. The gel top coat has also peeled off completely on multiple nails. I am not rough on my nails at all, nor do I pick or bite them. They are racist and don’t deserve tour money. This is one of the nail techs there and she thinks this is ok
I would never visit a shop where the staff is openly racist.
There to many other places to go to then this nasty spa. just say no.
