I brought my daughter in to have her hair colored. Kortney Smith was amazing! She helped my 9 year old pick colors that would be vibrant on her hair color. Something we knew nothing about! Kortney was so great with her and we absolutely love the outcome! Would recommend Kortney for your hair needs!
