My daughter and I arrived at Karma Nails when they opened since we had somewhere to be at 2pm. In the middle of doing my daughter’s nails a lady walked in and over to where we were complaining that she needed her nails done by 2. So my daughter was a moved to another guy so this lady could be worked on. I am beyond mad. I am happy that Karma Nails does not need new customers because we will NOT be back.
Went Friday to get my nails done! Had tee doing my nails. I told him I was pregnant and that I never tried dip nails and got tips. Sunday three broke doing dishes. I called to get them fixed he said come in then tried to tell me that it would cost 35$ to get them fixed when they haven’t even been done 72 hours! I will never recommend this place again all my friend go here but I guess we will be finding a new nail salon!!!

I went in and got a manicure and my toes done. The guy who did my toes did fabulous but when my nails were ready to be worked on he had to switch over to another worker. Very very lazy , he was on his phone while doing my nails. I sat down for the longest time just to let them dry, I looked down to see them and the thumb was already messed up. My rhinestones on my index fingers were gone and it wasn’t even a full 24 hours. It was a waste of money and time!
