They degrade you as a human in their establishment then go one further by acting like a defensive juvenile on Facebook posts calling out the degrading. Unbelievable. The Karma in this coffee is not something you want.
the manager could take a business approach to interactions with customers, but not singling out and stalking customers would be my first suggestion
I’ve never even visited the establishment, but just seeing the lack of professionalism from the staff on social media, I never would when there are plenty other small businesses to support who are getting it right. It’s 2020 - you would think it would be common sense to be mindful of what you’re putting out into social media when screenshots and posts and can go viral in minutes... as if this year hasn’t been ANY indication of that already... RecommendedI just witnessed a very Karen like post by someone who was offended by karma coffees sanitizing procedure. while I was not actually there to witness the incident, I will say that I've been told that this is 💯 the type of thing this particular "Karen" does. might be a good idea to take any reviews left in this time frame with a grain of salt. seeing as I have no personal experience with this establishment, my comment here could also easily be taken with that grain of salt as well. 🤷 just offering a bit of perspective for th... read more
Amazing workers & coffee!
Blown away!! Today we decided to try your infamous Asiago Bagel breakfast sandwiches with the pork sausage and it very well may be our new favorite. Your coffee and coffee drinks are always top notch. We are so happy to have discovered you. Well done and we will be back often!!!
Jeff, last week I had an incredible breakfast sandwich at Karma! It was delicious and much better than what I have tried at National Chain locations in the area. Will be back next week for another one! Very fair price too!
Great cup of coffee and enjoyed Square Donuts! Very clean and very conscientious with gloves and face masks.
