I so badly wanted to write a good review but I am unfortunately wildly disappointed. My boyfriend bought me a beautiful bracelet; after wearing it often it tarnished and snapped. The customer service was not the easiest to deal with; but thankfully my new bracelet was sent. Despite how well I’ve taken care of this (only wearing it on special occasions; keeping it in a clean and dry jewelry box) it has once again tarnished and I am loosing some of its gems. Cass Mandalay bay was very helpful. She was able to give me and show me all that I was looking for me and my husband’s upcoming bday. She’s a gem in your company.
