I used to love buying Karma and Luck products in their Vegas store three months ago, I tried supporting their online shop for 1st time, since I don’t travel there often. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like I expected. I received a defective item and had to go through the hassle of returning it just to get the same item replaced as promised. First of all to be fair the store itself is awesome but the lady basically telling me to hurry up because she has a bus to catch is a WHOLE other story. There were several items I would have loved to purchase but who wants to be rushed in an exchange only environment. I sincerely hope you guys can do better you have beautiful products and a great atmosphere ☀️
This place is beautiful and wonderful but you will be lied to! The girl that helped me was a gem! However, be careful, they work on commission and they claim “expedited” shipping for free but you DO NOT get expedited shipping. It’s been 1 day shy of 2 weeks since I placed my $473 order and yet to receive it. Before anyone says it’s an issue with shipping it is not, they send your package grounds transportation. My wife loves this store and it's easy to see why! The employees are happy and super helpful! The products are high quality. We especially love the little trees of life.
