RecommendedEveryone’s morning routine should include stopping here for coffee and a cinnamon bun. Had one this morning and my life will never be the same. I love this place. Great environment with ONE OF A KIND small town friendly service. I’ve yet to have a meal there that didn’t far exceed expectations.
My husband and I discovered Karlton Cafe a few years ago when the previous owner was still alive. The foods were delicious then and still delicious now with their new young chef! I do not live near Quakertown but I would drive there to eat because the foods are amazing! Love the flavors and freshness of their ingredients! I will continue to support this local business and I wish them continuous success!

Visited twice while in town for a wedding. Great food and service. Staff is knowledgeable about gluten free options and the food was tasty. Sweet thick cut bacon is perfect! My husband’s omelette was a tad over cooked but the flavor was good.
I ordered two eggs and home fries and my bill was over $7.50. I parked on the street near the café and didn't have any change so I used my credit card as required by the meter. It automatically charged me for eight hours with no option to cancel the charge. So as a result my breakfast cost me nearly $12 with tax and it wasn't that good.
