This is a horrible company. I was a NEW customer and canceled an appointment less than 24 hours due to a family emergency. No work was done I told them I would reschedule and Karl has the balls to send me to collections for $125 for doing absolutely nothing. Sending a possible new customer to collections for $125 shows the kind of person Karl is and scammy business ethics. SCARY he is working on people's computers. Owner is a Liar and a con Artist. Stay Away! They will come to your house and spend an hour playing with your computer.They do not fix the problem but will tell you they did fix it. Then they will not return your phone calls when you call to complain. Owner is a coward and does not even deal with customer issues.
