Stellar service I want to compliment the delivery team from Karl's. We had purchased an 8 piece floor sample bedroom set from my 13 year old daughter. The weather was extremely warm but these guys were determined to install the furniture. They did a great job and we appreciated all they did on the hot humid day. Our daughter loves the furniture. Thank you to the delivery guys!!

excellent service!! I had bought a bed from Karl's a few years back and it had broke. They told me to bring in the broken section of the bed and they repaired it at no extra charge to me, even though it was way past its warranty.

Karl's has been around forever. Karl's has been around forever. I remember my mother telling me my baby furniture came from Karl's. I live in New York, but my mom said I have to go to Karl's when I have a baby. Before I traveled 4 hours round trip, I called Karl's and wanted to know if they sold the brands I was looking for. I wanted to see Newport cottages, AFK, Navas Designs, and Romina. I had seen some of them in New York but most baby stores near my apartment have a small selection. Thanks! This is the cutest furniture store! The salespeople are really friendly and understanding and actually WANT to work with their customers. Karl's has a huge selection with prices that really cannot be beat.

Returning customer! I just moved from Baltimore, when I was 3 months pregnant. I stopped into Karl's Baby store for a look. I went back when I was ready to select my nursery. The sales people were so helpful and educated. They helped me select my entire nursery, from furniture to bedding. The selection was great. They show a wonderful selection of cribs. Great service with a lot of stuff to choose from Thank you very much for your assistance and for all the updates. We received the item and it is beautiful. Our son is loving it. They are professionals! I cannot believe all of the negative reviews! I purchased a bed from Karl's 7 years ago and I must say, they are professionals! My 7 year old canadian bed broke and I called Karl's. They told me to bring the broken headboard to the store and they would repair it at no charge! The bed was out of warranty and they still repaired the bed for free! I couldn't believe it! I highly recommend Karl's to all of my friends and family!

Huge,great selection!!! I really like that they have a huge selection of cribs to choose from. It is also very creative that they set it up like it was real nursery so can get a visualization of what sets would look good together. The employees were great as well.
