My 4Runner was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks for repairs after the hail damage. Instead, there were continual delays on the part of the body shop because they were not adequately staffed to be able to handle the repairs to my vehicle and all the other cars and my vehicle ended up taking over 4 months to repair. Ridiculous.
