Karla's threw my wife out because she was Hispanic and not dressed fancy enough for them.

Karlas has such a variety of beautiful jewlery it's often difficult to decide. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I stop there each time I'm in McAllen and always take something home to Wisconsin.
I've never had a problem, I hope I never do but overall great service and great stuff.
Called to ask what time they close, made a trip, and they were closed way before it was 5pm. A lady came to the door and just said "sorry" while someone inside turned off the lights. Very rude.
It is ridiculously overpriced and the jewelry is horrible!!! The staff especially Amanda and Karla are obnoxious and rude !!!!! I would never stop there again!!!!!!!!!
