I just got done with a transaction where Karla was representing a buyer and I was doing their loan. Karla’s communication was excellent and she negotiated a very good deal for her clients, that is not easy in this market right now. I recommend Karla for any buyers looking for a great agent and buying experience. Responsive, communication, negotiating are all qualities she has and you want in your agent when buying a home.
I have loved working with Karla! We brought our first and second home with her. She makes the home buying experience smooth and is very knowledgeable with answers to alleviate concerns. I could relax and kick my heels up (hence photo) during the process because I knew with full confidence she puts her clients interests as top priority.
