Karla is attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. She was patient, considering I had waited 6-weeks before seeking treatment, offered a treatment plan and was prepared for an alternative treatment option should this one fail. THAT'S how medicine should be done. I highly recommend her.

Terrible. Just terrible. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else at MMC because she does not know her stuff. Was she asleep during class, I’m not sure but she is inept in every way from reading and interpreting lab results to pathology to prescription medication.
I will never allow this person to treat me again. They made an appt. with her as my doctored did not have an appt. I have chronic sinus issues, sinus surgery and generally under ENT care. Needless to say I know when I have a sinus infection good indication throwing up green infection. She was concerned I may eventual become resistant to antibiotics so she wanted me to see ENT not treat me. Yes a week before Christmas. Off to urgi care and real treatment! She is a joke!
