Have been with Karla Greene for many years . One rep that has always answered my call was Mr Luis Gomez. Recently added my dream car I purchased . He walked me through all my options and made me feel comfortable and was well informed. Told me about extra coverage for my car that I didn’t think I would need but broncos are notorious for broken windshields, he was aware and let me know about it. Came in handy about 2 months in and only 4k miles. Needless to say I trust this team and always recommend family and friends .
Luis has been an excellent policy representative for me and my family. He’s helped walk me through my policy options during incidents and accidents, providing support with follow up’s to make sure I didn’t hit any barriers.
