Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

I love Dr. Polaschek and her staff! I have been her patient for over 10 years and have gone through alot with her. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She really cares about them and will do anything to help them. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even same day appointments when I was pregnant. I would recommend her to anyone!

Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
