They offer nerve ablation procedures which has been the most effective remedy for my chronic pain; the medical procedures were efficient and I got in and out quickly. It was difficult to communicate my medical needs to the doctor due to his unwillingness to listen or be available for consults. The office staff is not knowledgeable about Medicare billing and repeatedly billed me incorrectly. In fact my last nerve ablation was not completed. I had my right side of my back done and the left side was scheduled for the following ... read more
Had a very confusing and expensive relationship with Dr. ZARSE that led us knowhere and cost a lot.
The initial consultation with the Nurse Practitioner was great. I really enjoyed him. I arrived for the procedure and was taken back quickly. In the exam room things were fine until the staff member confirmed the procedure. It did not match what I thought i was having and told her so. She checked with the doctor. Nothing was said to the contrary. I went on the table for a fast and painless procedure. Had some things I thought were side effects, couldn't get a call back, went for follow up and found out they went ahead with t... read more
If you want your doctors to treat you like drug addicted cattle...this is your place. Took me two months to get a call back after a referral from my GP and it just went down hill from there. Plan on going in every month (like clockwork...don't miss a day!!!!, they won't refill your prescription without seeing you), plan on signing a waiver to be drug tested at any whim ($800 urine tests...seriously), AND plan on regular non-insurance covered pitches for regenerative treatments. The Straw: My last appointment was fine, spoke ... read more
I was offered one alternative for pain management. I'm sure there is more than one option. When the nerve block didn't work the first time. He was done with me not offering any other options.
Would not recommend to anyone. This Doctor and staff are fake. They act like they want to help you but really they don’t. I should have never gone there in the first place. The communication is awful. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!! thank you everyone have a good day.
From the very beginning, this was one of the most pleasant experiences with pain management all of the staff was caring and understanding yet professional, I would highly recommend Idaho spine and pain
Working for Dr. Zarse is honestly the best work experience I've ever had. He is the most personable doctor I've met and he has really done a lot for me. We are like a fun little family over here at Idaho Spine and Pain! :)
Last. Week I had the L side of My back Ablation done. Yesterday my R I have not had to use ICE, IBU. Or Tylenol After either side. This is the second Dr Zarse has done for me. LAST time I was on a horse 6 weeks out! YES, I do have something to compair it too my last experience. NO conscious sedation offered. Horrible pain afterwards and was refused anything for pain. My only problem this time was I just waited toooo long and was in excrutosting pain before I went in.
