Everything from parking to paying is easy. So is the manor of the staff. But easy is not to imply casual in the staff's attention to detail or professional acumen. Marleen is especially engaged in the on-going care of her patients. The office personnel clearly are dedicated to making visits easy and effective.

Dr Karl is thoughtful and very gentle in his work so much so that I don't use novocaine. He works to do the minimum necessary. The help is also very friendly.
