I really can't even give them a 1 star rating! Karl Malone Ford in Park City does NOT deliver! Their service department doesn't know how to work on simple issues, so don't take your vehicle to them to be fixed! We took our 2017 F350 truck into their service department in November 2022 to have an antifreeze leak fixed. They worked on it, and we brought it home after they said it was fixed. In October of 2022 I decided I wanted to order a 2023 Tremmer F350. I was unable to order one from my local dealership so had called Karl Malone Ford Park City. My trade was something I was concerned about. Before placing my order, Jason confirmed that my trade would not be a problem and that I would not be penalized for it being deleted. RecommendedOh man, where to begin. We purchased this vehicle in the middle of a COVID shelter-in-place order. Joey and the Crandalls worked with us to make sure that we were safe, the paperwork was as little touch as possible, and the vehicle transfer was super easy. Would highly recommend!

Buying there was a breeze. I really dislike high pressure sales and sitting through printing and signing forms. Crandall was low key and they prepared all the forms ahead of time. We just came in and signed them. Loved the experience.
My family has done business with Crandall Ford for over 20 years and the service you get there is undeniably the best around! Today I bought a 2018 Explorer from Stan Peterson. When I got there this morning it was parked out front all clean and ready to go. From start to finished I was out of there in 1 hour. My family will continue to buy our fords and Crandall!!!
