I really can't even give them a 1 star rating! Karl Malone Ford in Park City does NOT deliver! Their service department doesn't know how to work on simple issues, so don't take your vehicle to them to be fixed! We took our 2017 F350 truck into their service department in November 2022 to have an antifreeze leak fixed. They worked on it, and we brought it home after they said it was fixed. In October of 2022 I decided I wanted to order a 2023 Tremmer F350. I was unable to order one from my local dealership so had called Karl Malone Ford Park City. My trade was something I was concerned about. Before placing my order, Jason confirmed that my trade would not be a problem and that I would not be penalized for it being deleted.
