His staff does not understand how insurance works after being explained to that my insurance covers a Chiropractor visit. My insurance had to call them directly and explain to them how to do their job. I had to get a babysitter to watch my children for the appointment just to get turned away because the nurses in the front do not know how to do their job. Very unprofessional, inconvenient and will not go back
