Rob was amazing. Took care of the recalls on my Fusion. And most of all he setup my phone in the car and gave me info on how to program my garage door opener to my car.

My son purchased a used Explorer while home on leave from USAF. He drove back to his base where the car broke down 5 days after. He has had it in Roundtree Ford in Shreveport for over 6 weeks. They finally fixed it but won't release it to my son due to the 1800.00 bill. he has a warranty on it that Flammer said they would take care of. I have made 5 phone calls since friday to Flammer trying to get his car out for him.....still waiting. the car has only been driven a short time but payments are being made..smh.
I take my 2006 mustang gt there for service great customer service and fantastic mechanics
Not impressed by how they are treating my elderly handicap parents.
