Dr Bassler is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring, he takes his time to listen and to provide care and to explain everything in a way it's easy to understand. I don't ever feel I am being rushed through. His staff are also very efficient ontime and caring. Most of all, I always feel comfortable that nothing is missed and that I am in good hands.
Had a great visit. The staff are friendly and the doctor was great. I will return for further treatment for myself and my family.
Why would you go to a doctor who does not care about you? I include the entire office staff in this review, not just Dr. Bassler. The office (obvioulsy required by Dr. Bassler himself) is only interested to fit in as many patients as possible, they only see $ sign. Each patient gets about 90 seconds with the doctor. Find another doctor who cares and is not packing them in.
My son had a very bad ecsema when we visited Dr. Bassler . My son’s behind his ears, groin and legs are very bad , dry and he scratches at night. I even sleep with my son just to watch him when he feels like to scratches some parts of his body. Everything I do to make his skin become clear . I patiently waited for Dr Bassler. I never give up waiting someone to cancell someone’s appt. Dr Bassler is very professional. My son’s skin is very good. No more worries ??. Dr Bassler listens well !!!
