0 RATUNG. For Carl Collins. Can't even refer to him as a Dr. Went to him for yrs. for help and got none. Went to a new Dr. who informs me I have no blood circulation in my legs or toes and now I have to have surgery in both legs like yesterday or I lose my toes possibly. Very disappointed in this Dr. He has put me thru pure hell. I think he is just biding his time to retire.
