Karissa was everything you want in a realtor. Buying and selling your home (with 3 small kids) is no easy feat but Karissa never wavered in her confidence to help us find exactly what we were looking for. The amount of questions we brought her way made us feel annoying yet she was always quick to respond with so much knowledge. She was fun and down to earth yet also will go to bat for you if necessary!

Selling our house after living there for 39 years was very emotional but Karissa was understanding of how difficult it was. Her kind and helpful nature even won over our typically standoffish dog! We highly recommend Karissa whether you are buying or selling a home. Her knowledge of the South Metro market is extensive and she seems to know her way around the entire Metro. She's supportive, understanding, and available. Her connections to services and contractors proved to be extremely helpful in preparing two homes on a tight schedule: one to sell and one to move into. Can't say enough good things about working with her.
