Karingal Veterinary Clinic is one of the best veterinary clinics we have attended, we have 2 dogs and a cat and they have always shown such kindness and dedication towards all of our fur babies. One of our dogs has had multiple tumors and leukemia and she was initially very anxious to attend the vet, and they have gone above and beyond for her care, ensuring every chemo treatment she is loved and excited to attend, now becoming one of her favourite places. Efficient & approachable staff with a reasonable level of time allocated for a good consultation - with info given by Vet sent on by email to enable pet owners to refer to it as required; - a number of non- urgent resources are also offered at this facility . This is the first time we’e used vet services and we’re very happy with our experience - our pet never shows reluctance to go here, either. 🐶🐾💕
I’ve been bringing my dogs to this clinic for years and have generally trusted their care, which is why today’s experience was so disappointing. I was running slightly late from a work meeting and was told there was essentially no point in coming because my appointment was only 20 minutes long and any delay would eat into the consult.
