I took my cat in for a simple eye check, nothing complicated. The appointment was quick, around 15 minutes. I was shocked to find the consult fee was $108, which is significantly higher than every other local vet I’ve used (who charge around $70–$80 for a weekday visit). On top of that, I was charged $56.65 for a tube of Amacin ointment that is typically $14–$15 retail, and $28.95 for a fluorescecein eye test that usually costs around $5–$10. Karingal Vet are the best Vet Hospital we have EVER visited (and we've been to our fair share, trust us!). Their collective compassion, kindness, attentiveness and heart is unmatched, but so is their knowledge, skill and professionalism. We cannot fault any of the staff we have come in contact with... and we've met almost all of them. I mean it when I say that 5 stars doesn't even do them justice.
