Kindness was nowhere to be found when I arrived at Karing with Kindness for a wig fitting appointment. I felt completely unwanted and unwelcomed. Therefore, I told them I was leaving after being ignored for 10 minutes. The owner, Kathy, was "too busy" to even acknowledge my presence. Another employee was only interested in my insurance, ID, and doctor's note note.

I normally don’t complain nor write a bad review but,,, This has been a complete circus for my mother and a very close friend of hers after all they been through already . Her friend warned her of the confusion and procrastination of Karing With Kindness. Now I don’t know everyone in the office but, I do know that Marabell has a bad attitude and bad manners toward her clients . She messed up authorization forms to insurance company ( numbers in wrong spot on form ) so my mother was denied the first time submitting her approv... read more
