Karin Kay is the best!!!! In 2009 we had a military transfer to WA and bought a home with the help of Karin Kay's team. In 2013 we had a military move back to VA and decided to rent until we made a decision to sell and used Karin Kay as a property manager. We never had a problem or horror story with our renters.
