Doctor and staff are very helpful and nice,short waiting period and my seizure was not controlled by other doctors,Dr Karim was able to controlled in less than one week, I strongly recommended him for any neurological disease.
THE WORST NEUROLOGIST I've BEEN TO. HIS STAFF IS RUDE AND NOT WILLING TO HELP. I WOULD ALWAYS RUN OUT OF MEDICINE BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T CALL IT IN SOMETIMES FOR A WEEK AFTER SEEING THE DOCTOR! THE LAST RESPONSE FROM THE NURSE WAS "YOUR NOT OUR ONLY PATIENT" WHEN I WOULD RUN OUT I WOULD HAVE TO SEE HIM AGAIN BEFORE THEY WOULD REFILL. THIS IS AFTER "THEIR" MISTAKES. THEY FINALLY SENT ME A LETTER TELLING ME THEY COULD NO LONGER SEE ME BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T MEET MY NEEDS. THE DOCTOR WAS GREAT BUT STAFF UGLY!!
the staff is very rude and unprofessional. They do not call in scripts until you call numerous times to remind them. I went without medicine for almost a month. Person answering the phone yelled at me like I was stupid! Filing a complaint with medicare.
I do not understand why people are saying some of these things about Dr. Karim. The man saved my life..... he is NOT hard to talk to or reach by phone. He always remembers who I am and why I'm there. Not every doctor will get along with every person, but the person should maybe take some of the responsibility.
I have been seeing this dr. once a month since August. I have had to tell him literally every time I have seen him that I passed out at work and hit my head. He does not listen, he always seems like he is in a hurry and aggravated. He has done nothing for me in almost 5 months other than perscribe medications that do not work and tell me he that he doesn't know why I still have a concussion or even if it is in fact a concussion, or if it is something more serious. This patient below has to be either depressed or not happy with any DR, This DR treated me for MS, I am symptom free since I saw him,Has excellant bed side maner,I recomand him to everyone.
this doctor has by far the worst bedside manner i've ever come across in my life! not only does he lack compassion and understanding for his patients, he makes you feel that nothing you've said means a thing. i was only sent to him to confirm an MS diagnosis, found out by my wonderful family doctor. because i didn't agree to an unnecessary procedure he wanted to do, he refused to affirm what we knew. i hope if he ever needs a doctor, he is given the same treatment he gives to his patients!
