I am extremely dissatisfied with the care and service provided. The quality of care has been average at best and, in my experience, has consistently fallen well below the standard I would expect from a healthcare provider. Communication, attention to concerns, and overall quality of care have been disappointing. Unfortunately, changing providers is not an option for me at this time, so I am left having to continue with a provider I have very little confidence in. Dr. Lafleur is the absolute best there is. Whether you need obstetrics or gynecology, she is phenomenal. She is empowering, supportive, empathetic, patient, & overall very knowledgeable & it is made abundantly clear with every visit that she loves what she does.

-1 star for not taking Medicaid lol -1 star for the receptionist having this “I don’t like people or my job” attitude, and -1 star because I had to go through that. 😭
