Dr. Fersner is very personable!!!! She speaks to you with kindness and gentleness; like a mother to a daughter. She was so kind when I received the news of my cancer diagnosis. After the initial shock, I cried. She gave me Kleenex to wipe my tears and she gave a warm hug. I'm grateful to have her as my Ob-Gyn.
