I truly feel like I found a healthcare family with Karibu Family Care. From day one, they really listened and made me feel cared for. I was a patient at Karibu for about three years and want to share my experience honestly and fairly, as everyone's journey is different. When I first started seeing Dr. Anthony roughly three years ago, I was very impressed. He was thorough, attentive, and genuinely cared about my health and well-being. I’m gonna start off by saying that the staff is very courteous very professional and leave no doubt in your mind of what is expected of you as a patient. They’re very clear on explaining older details that are required to be a client. We struggled to find a primary care provider for our newborn until we stumbled across Karibu and I’m so glad we decided to go with them! They did not hesitate to spend the time to do a thorough assessment of our son, but were kind and friendly as well. We are so grateful for Dr. Anthony!
I used to highly recommend Karibu and have even sent several family members and friends there. Unfortunately, this new concierge-only model is incredibly disappointing. As if our healthcare system isn’t already broken, now we have to pay a membership fee just to see a doctor.
