We switch pediatricians however I asked for my card to not be on file yet I was charged $75 for a service months later where insurance was supposed to cover it. I asked them to refund me and I would do payments however they didn't give me the option and just charged me despite not having authorization to, and I was told they removed my card that was on file yet I was charged.
I love this office! Always helpful and professional.
Absolutely love this family practice! They, along with their staff, are an amazing team. I have been with them pretty close to when they first opened. I have thyroid issues that no endocrinologist has ever been able to figure out. And yet, they did. They care. Their staff cares. I truly would not go anywhere else. I love them, the staff and their family because you don’t find this kind of medical care, especially in Arizona.
I have been going to to Karibu for over 3 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and truly listen to your concerns. They are a smaller, less corporate type of care facility offering more personalized services. Every one working there are friendly & make you feel like family. I highly recommend.
The Karibu’s family doctors are the best care I’ve ever experienced they are so professional, caring and very detailed when explaining the outcome of your visit.
