I contacted Mrs Kari regarding a simple question regarding an insurance policy and ended up speaking with her for over an hour about all of my insurance needs, at 5 pm, on a Friday. I was very impressed with her wide range of experience regarding insurance and mortgage policies, and she has helped me find options that are very beneficial to my situation. Would recommend her to family and friends who are looking for non-biased, quality information on the important stuff in life, along with any insurance needs you may have.
If you want, hands down, the best customer service, than this agency is the place to go. I was blown away at how genuine and courteous my agent was. A huge thank you to Olivia for quality customer care and quick service. The level of hospitality she provided was amazing. I was given a quote and insured with the best policy they could offer in a timely and efficient manner. You've got a customer for life!

Recently me and my boyfriend switched over from Travelers to State Farm and Lily has been AMAZING to us. She got me a quote and I was all about the outcome. I quickly switched over to Lily @ State Farm. 2 full coverage insurances on our cars and renters insurance for our belongings all for $317 a month!! Never using anyone else!!! Thank you Lily for being the best agent and always willing to help and make us extra happy everytime i speak with her!!
