i started my policy in march and my rates were really high due to an accident i had, i spoke with Olivia often and began forming a relationship with her, She was so personal and extremely helpful! she stopped me from changing companies and did everything she could to make my experience a great one, i now call and ask for her always, the whole office knows me!
The group of girls that Kari has working for her are AMAZING! I originally had All State as my Insurance company and had no intentions of leaving. Life insurance was on the back my mind I knew I needed it but just hadn't gotten around to it. I decided to get a quote, I was fortunate enough to get a great agent ( Shantina ) that was able to email me a quote and also go over details with me and help me on deciding which way to go with the different plans.
