Kari and her assistant Carmell were friendly and professional. Answered my questions completely. My blood pressure was a tad high so they both made me promise to see my primary Dr., which I did on my way home. They both really cared about my health. Thanks to them both.
not that good. . I am not used to being treated like cattle. . she came in looked at my nose and quicky told me she was going to do a biopsy, circled the area with a pin, numbed and cut. . one of the reasons I was sent to this office is my Dr thought they wouldn't do that as it was going to leave a large scare. . now I have to go back it for MOHS and I will have a big scare. . not sure how this was going to go. .I felt in a state of shock. .as they handed me paperwork and escorted me out. .
I highly recommend DR. Kobayashi. She was the first doctor to truly listen to my concerns and understand my symptoms. I trust her care and am grateful I found her and this dermatology clinic.
I have been bringing my son there for almost 3 months for light therapy for a serious condition. Today I was told by the manager I was not allowed in because I work for the fire service and I am around sick people., The she then told me any fire, police, EMS, nurse or doctors and there family members were not allowed in her office. This is an absolute unacceptable way to have any manager run a business. And to deny treatment for a family member with a serious illness because you’re afraid is unethical
Did not disclose to my teenage son who came in for a specific treatment the cost of said treatment before moving forward with it. As an 18 year old, they are under no obligation to inform me as his parent, however it seems quite disingenuous to have him sign paperwork saying he's responsible for all charges not paid for by insurance but NEVER to disclose the cost of his procedure nor to ask him if he wants to proceed based on the knowledge of the procedure's cost. RecommendedThis place is amazing!! Dr. Gasch is wonderful and Liz Muralt is totally amazing. Highly recommend. The rosacea on my face was embarassing and took so much makeup to cover up. After 2 treatments I now can go to work with just sunscreen on and my skin looks great. Love, love, love this place. Miracle workers for sure.
