I am now 24 years old. This woman was actually so cruel to me when I was young. She told me I never wanted help because I had rescheduled an appointment with a neurosurgeon (because my chronically ill mother couldn’t take me to the appointment at picked time), then the neurosurgeon rescheduled afterwards (reason unknown but it was not a big deal), I still saw said neurosurgeon and he was incredibly kind.
