Shannon was amazing best customer service I've had at a dealership. he gave me full disclosure on everything about the vehicle I had a pre-approval from my bank, but he told me me he thinks he can save me some money by getting me a lower rate with his bank, and he was right! plus he threw in an extra set of wheels even after we agreed to a lower price. he went the extra mile for me. cannot thank him enough. when I give this truck to my kid I'll be back to buy another.
just bough a 4x4 gmc and i am very happy with it and the service they provided they are honest and straight forward which is awesome and rear when buying a car i will recommend checking them out

Got a pickup that I love, and the Karhu's crew seemed like good people. Shannon spent a few hours with me. I was hoping to leave a 5 star review, but unfortunately the truck nearly overheated within 20 mins of my drive off the lot. I do believe (with good reason) that he knew about the leaking radiator because he was constantly monitoring the gauges when I insisted that I bring it up to speed on the freeway before buying. $1200 between that and ball joint stuff, plus $700 on tires that needed replacing sooner than I thought ... read more
