They arrive on time when they say they will. 7am sharp means 7am sharp. However, they gloss over their contracts, even if you iterate what you want, it may not end up on the contract, and they give you no guidance. So you get exactly whats on the contract, even if they know they are supposed to be in compliance with a code, if that compliance is not on the contract, they will not bother to be compliant with the code. Will not be using this company again in the future.
