I got my hair dyed here and she did nothing like the color I wanted. I sent her photos and I don’t think she looked at a single one. Even in person she asked to confirm and I said “a rosey pink”. She made my hair a bright orange and told me it would fade into what I wanted but I went to another salon because i felt like that was b.s and was right. I always go to Karessed beauty to get my hair done because I know she will do an excellent job. She did my mom’s hair before and my mom said she got lot of compliments when she went to Paris ☺️ Very professional & will also give you hair tips on how to take care of your hair and products to use I recommend 10/10
