Karen did an incredible job with my custom framing project for my parent's 30th wedding anniversary. I was in search of a frame with mother of pearl inlay, and Karen was one of the few framers who carried what I was looking for. I live in Chicago, so she was able to help me entirely over the phone, sending photos of the various frame and matting options.
