Doctor will never see you on time, usually you wait for several hours. Staff is sloppy and rude.
Awful - awful scheduling practices - they don't answer phone they call you back? And they are rude - Awful wait times- over an hour is ridiculous! Packed waiting room of people complaining of the wait the front office practice and billing - how they screw it up all time - I overheard one lady stated she offered free services to dr to run office because the staff sucks. Was my first and last visit!!! My time is worth more -
Excellent physician and medical staff The office staff are beyond incompetent. A patient for over 2 decades with no billing or scheduling issues except for approximately the last 5 years The phones are not answered you must leave a message and wait for a return call and their billing person has not a clue! Bringing up 3 year old $20 copay owed on the acct how many times must you pay and prove you pd with numerous visits since? You can hear others complain in the waiting rm of office staff
