Always a very long wait in waiting room and in her back office. When she finally does come in she’s very abrupt and wants to send me to other Baycare specialists for everything. Not happy with her services and very expensive for all office visits
I have been a patient of Dr. Neri for almost 20 years. She is professional, knowledgeable and appears to be very caring. She actually saved my life about seven-eight years ago. Another airline passenger ran into me while changing planes in LAX. Thought I was OK. Saw Dr. Neri when I returned to Palm Harbor. She noticed a swelling at the base of my neck-immediately sent me to the ER where a neuro-surgeon had been alerted. My neck had been fractured; I could have died or been a quadriplegic. Dr. Neri saved me by being a caring,... read more
The best word I can think of is lacking ie: compassion, care, concern. Her pink haired office staff lady said she's been a doctor for 25 years. How? It's not a welcoming office and she is not a welcoming doctor. The pink hair is also unprofessional. Skip this freak show. Go elsewhere.
Such a droll and horrid bedside manner. Spent very little time with me. I asked a question, she seemed irritated. I would definitely not recommend going here!
I been getting hounded for a 25 dollar late fee the office manager was quite hostile with me on it they have still not seen the error of their way making DR Neri look bad as if she don’t care for her patients. I was forgiven for one late fee because my wife was in the hospital. Well it my wife did see DR Neri as see was the floor doctor at countryside so I did see her. Just not in the office as far as the second doctors appointment never made it and I have phone records to prove I never made.
Excellent physician. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. She listens to you. She returns after hours calls right away. Her staff is also excellent. She is on staff at Countryside Mease, so if I’m hospitalized, she will be my physician, not a hospitality. I recommend Dr Neri wholeheartedly and without reservation.
I have been a patient of Dr. Neri's since 2012. I have seen her about twice annually on average. I have NEVER been seen promptly (within 20 minutes of my appointment time). I find Dr. Neri to be a competent physician and pleasant in general. I find her practice unacceptable due to excessive wait times (always at least an hour), not sharing lab results with me when requested, and not following up on other doctor's requested assistance. I will not be returning.
Breaches patient confidentiality. I don't like doctors who interfere with a patient's marriage.
While I can't speak much to Dr. Neri's actual doctoring ability (I only come here for a yearly physical), I can say that she isn't much of a business owner. This office provides some of the slowest and most inefficient service I've ever received in healthcare. I've never waited less than 90 minutes to see a doctor or a nurse. Doc not worth having to take half day off of work for an appointment. Very poor management practices in this office.
