After forgetting about me in the office for almost 2 hours, I complained and someone finally got her. When she came in she was very rude, kept cutting me off, and didn't let me even finish explaining my symptoms. She did not even put in the labs she ordered, so here it is 1030, and I'm at the lab for fasting labs, and no one can find them. I also had imaging scheduled, and what do you know? Nothing there. She also made false (and condescending) statements about a medication I've taken for over 20 years. It was at that point ... read more
My experience might not reflect the majority of Dr. Neri's patients', however, I would like to share it for the purpose of admonishing any new clients, and to make the staff aware of the improvements they could make.I recently went in for an appointment I had at 3:15pm. After checking-in, I was left waiting for more than 40 minutes at the lounge, and about another hour in the private room for the doctor to see me. I walked out of the doctor's office when the clock hit 5pm, and never once did I get a glimpse of Dr. Neri. Addi... read more
She is an average doctor but she is always extremely behind schedule—45min to an hour is the norm. It is really unprofessional. If the care was above average maybe I would deal with it, but it isn’t. It sucks when you have had a good doctor and they move or retire. Plus here you are in a waiting room full with sick coughing people for that hour which is more exposure than I can stomach. She charges extra for every question you ask during a physical too, but that is the norm these days. I wanted to change to another doctor in... read more
I had cognitive issues my entire life. Blood issues started young. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. Neri referred me to a hack of a psychologist that misdiagnosed me, the diagnosis was ruled out years later by another psychologist, and numerous agreed it was incorrect. I asked her about a mass on my leg. She said it was a lipoma -it wasn't, it was a mass associated with autoimmune disease. She put me on ADHD meds when I said I can't focus, and had horrible reactions to it some days. I was told anaphylactic re... read more
I feel an obligation to share my experience. Last year I decide to change my primary physician. I did some research and settled on Dr. Neri. In December I broke my forearm on a Saturday. I went to an ER walk-in clinic. They called me the following Tuesday to let me know that my primary care doctor's office will not cooperate with them. I called Dr. Neri's office and a tele-visit was arranged for the following Wednesday. She met with me and told me she doesn't have any proof that my arm is actually broken, but she would give ... read more
So glad to have found Dr. Neri. She listens and answers all questions/concerns. Explains things well and follows up! Excellent Physician and I’m picky having worked in healthcare. Highly recommended!
Dr Neri is one of a kind, they just don’t make Doctors like her any more!! Truly loves being a doc. Always a wait to see her, but worth it, because you have her undivided attention when she does get to you. And she remembers everything about you, so you’re not just another file. It’s too bad she can’t be cloned!!
Best Doctor ever. Saved my life in 2002 from another doctor's incompetence. I'll be forever grateful for her care then and for over ten years until I moved across the country. She takes her time with you and is super thorough and knowledgeable.
I have been seeing doctor Neri for twenty years. She is an excellent physician and having been a nurse for over 40 years I fell I am a good judge. She has cared for me and members of my family with great care and concern during mild ailments and through tough hospitalizations. I am so grateful to have her as my primary care physician.
