I am always amazed how Dr. Winterfield-Dodds remembers everything about me, every time I go to her office. She is a wonderful dentist and a wonderful person. I have had 5 dental implants in my life and hers and only hers fit absolutely perfectly and just slipped into my mouth.........it truly feels like MY tooth, no adjustments needed. That's talent, and caring.
I had the worst dentist procedure experience of my life at her office. I'm living with a botched cap job that hurts every day and caused negative changes to my bite. I would absolutely not recommend her to family and friends. Hoping to find a dentist to fix her work.
Dr Winterfield always feels like she’s seeing my teeth for the first time and never seems to remember anything about my course of treatment. She also never recommends a plan for future restorative work. I also find her approach rough with way too-strong pressure. Then there’s the just out of school hygienist with zero people skills and terrible bedside manner. I’m a person, not a test dummy, thank you.
The best dentist! She has done two crowns for me, and she is meticulous about the mold and the fit. If my previous dentist had been this careful, one of the crowns wouldn’t be a re-do. Hygienists are very thorough. Office is clean and friendly. Accepts most insurance. We are moving 75 miles away but plan to travel back twice a year because her care is worth it,
Love love love her practice!! All her staff is excellent and very experienced. My son has a bad gag reflex and they are always wonderful with him. They are the best and I would not ever go to anyone else.
The office is beautiful and very easy to get to because they have their own building/ office space. Wait time was reasonable I believe I waited about 15-20 minute. No big deal since they are busy in the morning. The technician was very kind and did a great job with the cleaning. She explained my dental issue very well and the dentist came in after to check the work. Definitely will come back to this office they are my favorite yet.
I couldn't ask for a more caring dentist and staff. Dr. Winterfield-Dodds is the real deal and her staff are great.
What an extraordinary group of caring professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Winterfield-Dodds and her staff, particularly Allie who is wonderful!
Allie was great. She answered all questions I had. Eileen was very friendly when I walked in. Dr. Winterfield seemed nice enough although wasn't much for her to do since the hygienist did most of what I needed. Still overall experience great and I plan to return!
