I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. Based on what my family, neighbors, and I experienced, I cannot recommend working with this realtor. Instead of helping build positive relationships within the community, I witnessed behavior that created unnecessary conflict and made longtime residents feel uncomfortable in their own neighborhood. *EXCEPTIONAL*...it's the word that comes to mind when I rave about our experience with Karen! We decided to go on the market in a matter of 2 weeks & in those 2 weeks Karen got us ready. We sold our home the first day of showings with a very fast 4 week closing. Had it not been for Karen's exceptional knowledge, exceptional experience, exceptional service & her exceptional skills, we never would have met our deadlines. What an amazing experience my husband and I had with Karen. After our first offer on a house fell through, she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house for us. We were living out of state at the time and was in a time crunch to get an offer in and accepted and she went to houses we sent addresses to, FaceTimed my husband then me after, to show us the houses, and was completely honest about how they looked since we were not there in person to see things for ourselves. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Karen was in helping me sell my condo. She was there every step of the way and then some. I have bought and sold property in Massachusetts, Maine and now Arizona and I have never had such a fantastic experience with a Realtor buying or selling.
